Submit your claim through your Najmaa account. Online claims can be lodged at any time.

Tell us what happened, when it happened and where. Have photos, driver details and any relevant police information ready. Lodge your claim as soon as reasonably practicable, where possible within 24 hours. Najmaa may request further information to assess it.

Report theft, attempted theft or vandalism to the police. Contact Najmaa before authorising repairs or agreeing to pay for damage.

Support is discretionary and assessed under the product terms.
