Najmaa was born from a simple belief: protection can be structured in a way that better reflects the values of the people it serves.
We wanted an approach that felt clearer, more aligned, and grounded in a sense of responsibility.
So we built a mutual, designed with people in mind.
Born From Frustration, Built on Hope
We are people, just like you. We were frustrated that our contributions were fuelling an insurance system built on greed, denial, and control. One that kept us dependent and profited from our vulnerability. So we built our own from the ground up – we are independent, driven by purpose and built to serve people – not institutions.
Transforming Communities
Najmaa ensures protection and wealth serve a higher purpose. 2.5% of profits go to our Give Back (Sadaqah Jariyah), while any surplus strengthens members and communities — turning success into shared blessing.
